Terms of Use and Service | DGP Global Group

These terms govern the use of dgpglobalgroup.com and the services provided by DGP Global Group ("DGP", "we", "us") to its clients ("the client", "you"). By using our website or hiring a service, you accept these terms.

1. Services

We offer website design and development, online stores, custom systems, branding, social media content and related services. The exact scope of each project (pages, features, deliverables and price) is what we agree in writing, by WhatsApp or email, before we start.

2. Prices and quotes

Prices are in US dollars (USD).
Prices published on the website and in the quick quote tool are for reference and may change without notice. The price that applies is the one we agree in writing for your project.
Third-party costs (domains, licenses, paid plugins, paid advertising, etc.) are not included unless stated otherwise.

3. Payments and deposit

A 50% deposit of the agreed price is required to start any project.
The remaining 50% is due when the project is finished and before it is published or finally delivered.
We accept the payment methods we indicate when quoting (for example, PayPal or Visa and Mastercard cards).
If the balance is not paid, we may hold the publication or final delivery of the project until payment is complete.

4. No refunds

All payments are final and non-refundable, including the deposit. When we receive the deposit we reserve our team's time and start working on your project. If you cancel the project, the money paid up to that point is not returned.

5. Delivery times

Delivery times (for example, "24–48 hours" or "2–3 days") start when we receive the deposit and all the required material: copy, logo, photos, business details and access credentials.
If the material arrives late or incomplete, the delivery date moves accordingly.
If the client doesn't respond for 30 days, the project may be paused or considered closed. Resuming it may require a new delivery date.

6. Rounds of revisions

Each plan includes 2 rounds of revisions on the delivered design.
A round is one list of changes sent at once. We recommend gathering all your feedback in a single message.
Additional changes, or changes that alter the agreed scope (new pages, new features, complete redesigns), are quoted separately.

7. Hosting, domain and maintenance

Plans that include hosting and maintenance include it for the period stated in each plan (for example, 6 or 12 months).
At the end of that period, the service can be renewed at the current price. If it is not renewed, the site may go offline.
The domain is registered in the client's name whenever possible. Domain registration and renewal costs are paid by the client unless stated otherwise.

8. Client responsibilities

Provide accurate information and the required material on time.
Hold the rights to the copy, logos, photos and other material sent to us.
Make sure their business, products and published content comply with the laws that apply to them.
Review the final content (prices, phone numbers, addresses, opening hours) before approving publication.

9. Ownership of the work

Once the project is paid in full, the final design and the content created for the client belong to the client.
Until payment is complete, all rights to the work remain with DGP.
Tools, templates, reusable code, fonts, stock images and third-party plugins are used under their own licenses.
DGP may show the project in its portfolio, social media and marketing materials, and include a discreet credit ("Web design by DGP Global Group") in the site's footer, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

10. Results

We work to make your website and digital presence perform, but we cannot guarantee specific Google rankings, a number of sales or customers, or specific social media results, because they depend on factors outside our control.

11. Partner program

The terms of the partner program (prices, commissions and how we work together) are shared separately with each approved partner. Anything not covered there is governed by these terms.

12. Use of the website

The content of this website (copy, design, logos and images) belongs to DGP Global Group or its clients and may not be copied without permission. Using our forms to send spam, advertising or false content is not allowed. Fake or offensive reviews may be removed.

13. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, DGP's total liability for any claim related to a project will not exceed the amount paid by the client for that project. We are not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or failures caused by third-party providers (hosting, domains, payment platforms, social networks, etc.).

14. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States.

15. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The current version is the one published on this page, with the date of the latest update at the top. Projects already agreed are governed by the terms in effect when the deposit was paid.
